Customer Service Officer
Makassar (Sulawesi Selatan)
Requirements:

• Female, max. 26 years old
• Hold a Bachelor Degree of any disciplines with min. GPA 2.75
• Have minimum 1 year of working experience as a customer service, preferably in banking industry
• Excellent communication skill is a must
• Computer literate & ability to work in computerized environment
• Good analytical and problem solving skill
• Good looking and friendly
• Excellent ability to write and communicate both in Indonesia and English

Accounting Staff
Makassar (Sulawesi Selatan)
Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder in Accounting from reputable university with min GPA 3.00
• Experience as a Finance & Accounting staff in banking industry for min 2 year
• Familiar with Indonesian Tax Regulation, PSAK (Indonesia Accounting Standard) and PAPI (Pedoman Akuntasi Perbankan Indonesia)
• Familiar with external report to Bank Indonesia
• Detail-oriented
• Computer literate and good in operating MS-Office (Word, Excel & Power Point)
• Good sense of Risk Awareness, Compliance and Integrity

Operation Supervisor
Makassar (Sulawesi Selatan)
Requirements:

• Male, max. 40 years old
• Hold a Bachelor Degree in any discipline
• Having minimum 3 years of related working experience in a bank
• Familiar with payment operation processes (RTGS, SKN, international funds transfer, collection, and BI reports)
• Familiar with Loan Admin process, cash transaction (Teller), Customer Service, and General Affairs
• Hold Risk Management Certification (LPPI/BSMR) is an advantage
• Have strong interpersonal, leadership skill & team work
• Excellent ability to write and communicate both in English and Bahasa Indonesia

RM Lending Officer
Makassar (Sulawesi Selatan)
Requirements:

• Hold a Bachelor Degree of any disciplines from reputable university
• Have a minimum of 2 years work experience as an Account Officer, preferably associated with the microfinance/SME
• Have good market portfolio and data base
• Used to work with financial target as a Key Performance Indicator: Loan Portfolio, Fee Base Income, Loan Quality, New Loan Customer and Audit Rating
• Having financial analysis knowledge and ability to interpret all forms of financial data including cash flow with sound and profound credit risk assessment skill
• Strong Interpersonal Skills
• Able to work as a team
• Excellent communication skill
• Willing to travel

RM Funding Officer
Makassar (Sulawesi Selatan)
Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree of any disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a funding unit within a bank, preferably associated with the microfinance/SME
• Having good relationship & networking with local business players
• Able to demonstrate success in developing new customer base
• Proven record of achieving financial targets
• Motivated to achieve performance and incentive targets
• Strong relationships & networking with local institutions, senior business people, and individuals
• Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal and leadership skills, team orientation
• Willing to work under pressure

Operation Staff

Requirements:

• Male/Female, maximum 30 years old
